Military Background

The Class of 2007 includes 108 midshipmen who previously served as enlisted members of the Navy (90) or Marine Corps (18). This figure includes 13 who entered directly from Fleet Service (9 USN and 4 USMC), 31 from the Nuclear Power School and 64 from NAPS (50 USN and 14 USMC).

 

Geographical Distribution

Midshipmen were admitted from every state in the nation. The Class of 2007 also includes twelve international students from the following countries: Cameroon, Jamaica, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Saint Lucia (2), Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Tunisia (2).
