December, 2007, we are continuing the tradition of holding an All Service
Academy Holiday Reception to recognize and honor Louisiana's cadets and midshipmen of our
Service Academies:

As
in past years, all cadets and midshipmen are invited to attend the Reception at
no charge. All other in attendance
(parents, dates, family members, etc.) must purchase tickets at $35 each. In years past, many individuals and
businesses expressed a desire to assist in this very meaningful and worthwhile
endeavor. Particularly, there was
interest in providing support that was directly related to helping defray the
cost for the 100 or so honorees, and to provide door prizes that are raffled
off to those cadets and midshipmen in attendance.
This
year we expect the largest attendance in our history. Your sponsorship will assist us in making
this year's Reception a holiday highlight for our cadets and midshipmen The response in the past has been remarkable
and has allowed us to keep ticket costs at $35 per person.
Remember, our
cadets and midshipmen attend the Reception at no charge.
