Subject: After Beating Army in Philly-Navy is Going Bowling in San
Francisco!

As the Navy Family celebrates Thanksgiving 2004 and anticipates and focuses
on the annual sold-out Army-Navy game in Philadelphia on December 4th, it is
also planning support for an Emerald Bowl appearance at the end of the
month. The first 24 hours since the bowl announcement have witnessed the
first rush of loyalty and interest measured by ticket sales THROUGH THE
NAVAL ACADEMY ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION TICKET OFFICE, the only outlet to use.

We Need Your "Focused" Help!

The Navy football team and Coach Paul Johnson have delivered for the Naval
Academy, the Brigade of Midshipmen, themselves and us as they focus on and
head into Army-Navy with an 8-2 record and an invitation to play in the
Emerald Bowl in San Francisco, California on at 1:30 pm PST on Thursday, 30
December 2004 against a Mountain West team. This is Navy's first visit to
the West Coast since playing San Diego State in 1997.

The sales campaign of our allotment of Emerald Bowl tickets and then the
sale of additional tickets is off and running. A sustained effort will
cement our ability to sell Navy to the bowl committee establishment, just as
all the bowl contracts are up for multi-year realignment and renewal, and
ensure invitations in the years to come. This is a STRATEGIC moment in time
for Navy. The bowl world is watching us, let's deliver again. We need you to
"SUPPORT THE CAUSE!"

The midshipmen are doing their part and will be in San Francisco. As was
done last year we are again asking for alumni and fans to purchase tickets
to donate to Midshipmen or enlisted personnel who plan to attend the game,
at a discounted cost of $30. We hope to transport 3,000 midshipmen to San
Francisco in support of the team. Regardless of whether you are traveling to
San Francisco or not for the game, please make a commitment to Navy Football
through the "Buying Tickets for Mids" program at the Naval Academy Athletic
Association ticket office to help address their expenses. San Francisco's
SBC Park is a smaller venue than Reliant Stadium (the Houston Bowl home) so
you will need to get your tickets early to ensure you get seats, and are
seated with the Midshipmen. This is our opportunity to again show a national
TV audience our loyalty and commitment. Tickets are priced at $75 for club
level seats, $50 for seats on the sidelines and $40 for seats in the upper
deck. There may be other ways to purchase tickets, but the best way to
obtain them is through the NAAA because this supports the Academy. Tickets
are available now at the Naval Academy Box Office in Ricketts Hall, by
calling 1-800-US4-NAVY or online at www.navysports.com. "SUPPORT THE
CAUSE!"

The Emerald Bowl trip will be an "Experience" not to miss - from pep
rallies, a gigantic fun-filled Tailgate Party, many Class bowl related
mini-reunions, the Midshipman March-on and Fly-over, to the game itself and
many other optional activities, all in a signature destination city: San
Francisco. We need support from YOU in the ticket drive, but in particular
we need ALL alumni in the western half of the nation, and specifically
California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington to make every effort to
be in the stands to cheer our team on. Let's fill SBC Park with Blue and
Gold! Go to the official Naval Academy Alumni Association websites at:

www.navysports.com/"www.navysports.com for TICKETS, and

www.anthonytravel.com/navy/navybowl04.cfm for hotel, travel packages and
updated alumni event information

Now is the time to move-buy those tickets! Send yourself and midshipmen to
San Francisco! Help the Cause!! "Support Navy, Through Navy."
