Q: Should I send the same message to MORE THAN ONE List?
A: - NEVER send the same message to MORE THAN ONE or MULTIPLE lists.
- Everyone belongs to USNA-Family. (See Large Square Below)
- About 70 percent of these members ALSO belong to USNA-Plebe. (See Medium Square Below inside Large Square)
- About 30 percent of USNA-Family ALSO belong to USNA-Prayer. (See Small Rectangle Below overlapping both other lists) with some members of USNA-Prayer belonging to Family but NOT to Plebe.
By sending the same message to more than one list, you will be sending some of our members more than one copy of the same message which is a terrible waste of our computer's capacity and an inconvenience to a large number of our members who will get multiple copies of the same message.
