Q: Should I sign my email and how?

A: You should ALWAYS sign your email at the bottom of the body of your message even though our system will add your signature line to your mail.  Most members use the following format...

    Mary Smith
    email@domain.com
    City, State
    Mid's First Name (Grad Year - X Company)

If Mary is sending the email, she should sign it with HER name even if both Mary and her husband are subscribed under the SAME list subscription.  This way, members who read the message know which Smith actually sent the message.
