On March 28-29, 2009 the Naval Academy Parent's Club of Long Island honored Lt. Ronald Winchester, USMC and Lt. Michael LiCalzi, USMC at a Ceremony held at the United States Marine Corp Museum in Virginia. These heroic young officers were killed in action in Iraq. Lt. Winchester was a 2001 USNA graduate and Lt. LiCalzi was a 2004 USNA graduate. Family, friends and midshipmen gathered to lay a wreath >and spend time with the the Winchester and LiCalzi families. These are the photos of that weekend.The love and support given and received shows in these photos. Through good times and bad the Navy family is always there.
