Disclosure of member information and communications
USNA-Net will not otherwise disclose its members' or customers' personal or account information unless USNA-Net has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of USNA-Net, USNA-Net's members, or others, or where USNA-Net has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
USNA-Net also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that USNA-Net stores or transmits for its members and customers. The circumstances under which USNA-Net will disclose such electronic member or customer communications are when:
USNA-Net disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by its members, customers or others. USNA-Net will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm USNA-Net, its customers or third parties.
