For those of you that suspect that you might not be seeing everything that is on our pages, I've taken a couple of Screen Shots of what I see when I look at our site using MSIE with my monitor resolution set to 1024 x 768 and Text Size set to "Smaller."

Notice the Hit Counter in the Bottom Left and how much of the Main Page is visible at the bottom of the page.

Please realize that the above are representations of how they should look on your screen. I've shrunk the images by 50% in order that you can see them now no matter how your browser and monitor are set up. The images actually fills my entire screen when I'm browsing.

If you can't see the entire screen the way I do, read on...

The Fix

For Windows95/98/NT/XP.

First a little lesson in Windows manipulation...

When a Window is displayed on your screen it will have three little icons in the upper right most corner of the window.  They should look like this...

The Left Icon (a minus sign) can be clicked to Minimize the Window.  You can click on it and the Active Window will shrink to a bar in your System Tray at the bottom of your Windows Screen.  To restore this Window, you simply Click on the Bar in the System Tray and the Window will return to the way it was on your screen before you Minimized it.

When a window occupies the ENTIRE screen the Middle Icon should look like two little pages of paper set one on top of the other as it does above.  This indicates that you can Reduce the Window without Minimizing it.  By clicking on the two pieces of paper Icon, the Active Window will resize to somewhere between the ENTIRE SCREEN and MINIMIZED in the System Tray.

If, instead of the two pieces of paper Icon, you see a single FULL sheet of paper Icon, like this...

it means that the Active Window DOES NOT currently occupy the entire screen.  You should click on the Middle Icon and Maximize the Window to view it on the ENTIRE screen.

The Right Icon (X) is used to CLOSE an application and will shut down the program that iss running in the window attached to the Icon.

The first thing to do if you can't see enough of a Web Page is to see if the Icons in the corner of your browser's window look like the FIRST picture above.  If not, click the Middle Icon and see if that makes a difference.  You might be suprized.

Now for the tricky part, Setting Your Monitor Resolution...

Start by clicking on Start at the bottom left of your screen.

Click on Settings and then click on Control Panel

Double Click on Display.   You will see a new Window open. At the Top of the Window will be four tabs that look like this...

Click on the Settings Tab and the Window will now look like this...

In this Dialog box...

Then click Apply and the Screen will flash, disappear and reappear in the new Configuration.
Click YES in the dialog box that asks if you wish to Keep these Settings.

Finally, click OK to Exit this window.

You're now more than half done...

Fire up your Browser in the usual manner and

For Microsoft Internet Explorer... All Done.
For Netscape Navigator or Communicator... All Done.
For America OnLine 4.0... All Done.
